It looks perfectly normal. Just keep at it, increase the weights, try switching around between 3x10 and 5x5 and hit from different angles with different other exercises, like the dumbbell flys and so forth.

I'm a doctor trust me. This can get fixed pretty easily by at least 2 weekly doses of benching more. The procedure needs to be repeated for at least 3 months for a visible difference and years to get the desired results.
