So, apparently I made a mistake in pursuing weight loss before I attempt to quit smoking.
Currently, I've lost about 22 pounds in about 2 months, and I still have a good 50 pounds to go (I'm ~225 currently, 6'0'' tall). In regards to some ideas I've come up with, here are a few;
>Attempt to quit smoking and diet in conjuction
>Attempt to quit smoking but give in to the temptations that come with cessation, such as eating, being lazy etc.
>Continue my diet/exercise but turn a blind on my smoking addiction, quitting later down the line
I'm just wondering what decision would be statistically simpler to achieve and beneficial. I'm not looking for excuses to ditch my diet, but at the end of the day if what I'm doing statistically ends in failure, then I need to reassess my goals.
