Cardio while cutting. Is it necessary? I'm already at a 600 deficit. I just want to know how if I'll lose more muscle if I do cardio.

I just did a cut. Lost less than 5 lbs off of any of my one rep maxes; with 7 day a week cardio.
If you're not training for a marathon or something extreme, you can do cardio
Yeah I pretty much have to rely on cardio because I don't really have the self-discipline to cut out dense calorie foods. I do commit myself to IF though.

Its not necessary but it will increase your energy expenditure and cause you to lose more weight or allow you to eat slightly more.
Currently cutting on 1730 a day. ~24% deficit

you don't burn muscle tissue from cardio you burn fat tissue surrounding your muscle giving you the illusion you lost gains but its shit fat.just eat the calories you burned from cardio while still being 500 calories under your maintenance
