I actually got my 66 y/o dad with CHF back into lifting in the last year, I'm super fucking proud of him. He does goblet squats and lunges and a shit load of hyperextensions for lower and bench, pushups, DB rows, and a ton of band stuff for upper. I'm sure his heart is still mostly fucked but I can see him moving better than he has in years.
