I think I'm fucking up my form on bench. I feel it a lot more in my shoulders than my chest. Should I deload now and fix form, or should I wait until I plateau to deload?

I was doing the same crap. It's bad form. Benching too high just works sholders and will blow out a rotator cuff. Lift bar lower (further away from your head) Rest and recover then fix your form. It sucks but you should basically start over.

I had the same problem for the longest time. IDK how tall you are but I'm 191cm and I was simply gripping too far apart because of my wingspan. I brought my grip together about 5 inches and it totally fixed my problem. For reference my hands went from middle finger on the ring to pinky on the ring
