Not true at all. Working out early in the morning is proven to boost energy and cognitive function throughout the day. People just aren't willing to make the sacrifices with their diet and lifestyle. Be in bed by 10-11 everyday, work out from 5:30-7 and eat right and you'll have plenty of energy thruout the day.

Majority of successful people are working out and admitting that it helps not only with what this anon said but also with improving discipline, time scheduling and just feeling good about yourself.
