First time posting on this board since I'm not into lifting but I came for advice.
I'm rather skinny, not anorectic skinny but skinny. I've decided that it's maybe time to start getting fit. I've never given up on a challenge before so I'm pretty hyped for this.
Due to genes and tons of soccer my legs are already rather buffed. However, my upper body is very skinny. Imagine the skip leg day maymay pics but the opposite. That's mostly what I want done.
I live in an apartment so the landlord has fixed a gym in the cellar floor, however it's rather small. It has a bench for lifting and several weights, it has a chest press and a shoulder press and some other stuff.
