I think I'm eating too much. I went from 141-151 in three weeks. I'm feeling muscle there for sure but I know most of it has to be fat.

[spoiler] also I turn 22 in a few months and have never felt the touch of someone who wants me and loves me. I feel more isolated and hopeless by the passing day and can't even make eye contact with girls because I feel like they're all repulsed by how worthless I am[/spoiler]
