Who here /fit/ but also an alcoholic? How do you fit in your drinking in your schedule?
There is an study about how many grams per pounds in your body are the limit for you and not affects your muscle development and performance I'll try to find it and posted again but for me it's like 80 - 90 grams of alcohol per week i weight 198 pounds something like that excuse me if I'm wrong long time ago I read that sht, but my solution and personal advice es like stop drinking at all, that was what I did, if you can't try to don't consume above 2 or 3 drinks (if it's heavy alcohol) beer like 5 or 7 per week
