to lose a pound of fat you have to burn around 3500-4000 kcal. With about 1500kcal/day you lost 2 pounds a week so with 1900 it may be a bit more than 1 pound. Eat about 150 g protein/day to avoid loss of muscle mass.

Call it a "refeed" and don't just eat crap at random. Keep it healthy and have carbs for a majority or at least a significant part of the additional 1000 kcal to reload your glycogen deposits and to avoid falling into the metabolic changes of starvation. It also has effects on overall hormonal balance.

Caveat: +1000 kcal are based on the assumption that you have a maintenance around 2500 aka with 2500/day you won't create a deficit for that day.
