Any good exercises and tips for cutting weight? I run 1 - 2 miles almost every other day, and I eat 2 - 3 meals a day. I'm 5'9 175, but I can't seem to drop below 170, fml

You get into keto by dropping carbs. You don't even have to eat meat at all. I eat eggs, nuts, cheese, green veg, avocado, olives, kefir, milk, coconut oil and even chocolate. As long as you eat less than your carb limit everyday you stay in ketosis.
For me I just stopped eating bread, rice and pasta. That was enough.
Stop eating on Mondays & Wednesdays. Profit.
