Can I get some real talk? My right shoulder hurts a little whenever I do many push ups or dumbbell flies. I took a day or two of rest but it didn't help, is there a quick way I can remedy it, or do I just have to make a doctor's appointment? My left shoulder is fine.

incorporate external and internal band rotations into your training. if you don't train your rotator cuffs they won't keep up with the rate of growth of the rest of your muscles and eventually you will get a serious injury.
by all means continue lifting while rehabbing, but don't do things that aggravate it until it's better.
all a doctor will do is prescribe you painkillers and send you to a physio, and the physio will tell you to do rotator cuff work.
