How do you guys get into position for hip thrusts? I usually sit down with the bar in my lap then scoot my hips forward. Then I use my hands while trying to keep the bar balanced and push my torso out. Then I lay my upper back down and continue scooting until I'm in position. It's all really awkward and an ordeal. Wish there was a better way.

I lay on my stomach, put a pillow under my waist then let me bf hip thrust for as many sets as he wants.
