Easily hitting my protein goal.
Getting really close to calories goal. (3500 kcal)
Absolutely failing with carbs (~300 outta 450).


Help me with high carb foods. Already eating a lot of bananas, pasta and rice. Oats every second day.

I know it's hard to believe with every "nutrition information" source telling you otherwise, but all you need to do as a natty is to eat like 100g of protein and fill the rest with whatever the fuck you want as long as it's not too heavily processed and not pure sugar/fat. it takes time to figure it out

If you are going over protein goals, eat less protein and more carbs. Same for fat. Your macros wont fit into your calorie goals if you dont actually eat the right amount of macros. 150g carbs is something like at least 500 calories if you were to eat straight maltodextrin.
