whats up folks. so im 130 pounds and 5'7, i eat about 1894 calories a day, and my goal is to eat 2394.
now the thing is i struggle to meet that goal, im wondering if a weight shake is a viable option. thx

Ay fit I'm 5'7 and 130 lbs as well but I'm a chick.
I want to be /thinn/, around 120 lb and lean.
All the exercise I really do is tennis. I'm a lazy ass with no will power so I don't see getting in much exercise other than that for the time being.
Should I just eat as little as possible? Anh advice? Thanks

Calculate your TDEE ( Find one on google ) and get a rough estimate of how much you're burning. Eat around 4-500 under your TDEE and you'll start to lose weight. Stick with it for a couple months and then change it depending on progress.
