I'm a beginner but I want to lift 6 days a week instead of 3, is this a good routine?

I'm small and weak as fuck, pretty much just want to get big and strong asap, and lift often.
No, it is not wise to lift six days a week. You are weak and need time to recover. Read the sticky, do SL or SS/GOMAD. Check in 15 months. Good luck anon, you're gonna make it.
>hurrdurr I gain muscle while lifting
No fucking idiot. You gain muscle while recovering. Workout all your upper muscles 3 times a week OR work out each muscle once a week (giving you the 6 day a week workout you want)
Push until it hurts.
Give at least 1-2 days of rest for each muscle.
Get that protein in yah

I did 3 times a week at first but I wanted to lift more. So I did 6 days for about 2 months before my muscles stopped being able to recover. Now I do 3 heavy and 3 light days a week and have been progressing a lot again. Just try what you want and learn what your body needs/wants anon

if you do SS, which you should do, you will only want to lift 3 times a week.
don't start with PPL, build a solid strength base first.
