I recently blended cottage cheese with tapatio and it made a nice spicy dip with good consistency.

I tried just blending cottage cheese, but it came out runny. I'm hoping that if I let it cool in the fridge it might end up in a sour cream consistency.

I mix it with cocoa powder, peanut butter powder, cacao nibs, and flax seed. It's basically a reeses cheesecake
