you cant alter bone structure (without doing something similarly awful to that chinese foot binding stuff over years and is apparently excruciatingly painful)

on the other hand you can alter the muscles on your face eg masseter muscles which can expand your jaw out to the sides through chewing something gum (make sures its tough) also correct tongue posture should minimize the damage to a certain level

Buy chios mastic gum and chew a big wad of it hard for an hour or so each day. Be careful not to wear out your joints. If you have good masseter insertions it can definitely improve your jaw but if you don't you will look like a gerbil.

The best solution is to save up for jaw surgery. If your jaw is receded there is a good chance you have sleep apnea so insurance may pay for it
