so thinking about that whole 'i eat cockroaches for protein' thing, i was womdering about the effects of eating my boogers for muscle growth. i know boogers have a good percentage of sodium but is there anything good as far as muscle growth/repair?

sometimes when i wake up in the morning i get these real big gnarly ones. theyre dry too like beef jerky, booger jerky. i just wonder if eating these has any protein to em that i am reusing when i eat them, the booger jerky that is
