Stretching your hamstrings can help with your squat form. You get more flexible by stretching. Over time you will got more flexible.

Stretch every time your workout, and make sure it hurts just a little at the end of each stretch. You're not too cool to stretch. Even Winnie the Pooh stretches and he could probably kick your ass.
