I am. I am counting properly. Its a running gag in my friends group that I cant gain weight. On my absolutely eat whatever shit you want day, I munched 2 big big mac menus and a subway sandwich in the matter of 1 hour ( shitfood mall day). Its a fucking nightmare. 4 Balkan Pancakes with ALOT of cheese
500 ML of fatty milk
and 2 eggs omellete

Before Lunch:
Homemade beef meat from a jar with rice and spices
A whole fucking Pomelo
500 ml of milk

Lunch:
XL Doner Kebab ( I go to a place where everything is clean, hygienic and no processed stuff )
500 ML of Ayran ( Traditional Balkan Drink )

After Lunch: 3 Apples ( Makes me shit smooth )

Dinner:
Liver Banitsa ( Basically something like a cake with alot of liver in it )
1 litre of Ayran
Pudding
After a usual like like this I feel super stuffed with food and barely breathe after each eating.

If you are actually counting calories right (which I strongly doubt) you may have a serious problem when it comes absorbing nutrients or something along these lines. I can't fathom someone spending 5500kcal per day unless he's an olympic swimmer, marathon runner, on meth or similar or has a very demanding hand labor job.

I say you should try fixing your gut flora with probiotics, that may do the trick.

It could also be something genetic preventing you from processing some specific kind of carbs or fats that you still don't know. Investigate the proportion of carbs/fats there in in your diet and try to figure where it's wrong.

Yeah no. I have a friend who has the same 'problem' - he relies on mass gainers but is surprised when doesn't gain weight because for the longest time he was underweight as fuck whilst I can gain 5kg in the space of a month. Upon closer inspection, he thinks a 600cal breakfast is 'a lot'.

I will warn you about the yoghurt thing: most of it that you'll buy in any store is pasteurized and all the good bacteria are dead. Commercial yoghurt doesn't improve your gut flora that much, even the "bifidus" meme ones that are supposed to help more at that, because all of it is fukken dead.

You should either buy ferments and learn how to make your own probiotics or buy them from a pharmacy and take them regularly.

I learned this the hard way. Skinny and ugly for years. First step was accepting its my fault. Second step is accepting I can either put up with it or fix it. I chose to fix it. Hit the gym, ate properly, did gear, on a waiting list for facial surgery. I'm fixing myself and facing my issues. Either do the same or shut up.

OR if you genuinely do eat 5000 kcal a day and really DON'T put on weight, then forget a doctor, see a scientist. You hold some unique genetic key that could literally solve loads of major health problems and solve world hunger. No joke, you could save millions of lives.

Also, it's odd how your evidence is that people don't believe you "until they see me eat" - this would only mean anything if they saw you eat every meal, every day.

This is classic skelly excuses. I know loads of guys like this. Funnily enough, most normies believe them too, but when you've been through it yourself, it's easy to spot that these guys do eat impressively, but only on occasion.
