How weak were you when you started lifting?
I remember not being able to ohp the bar. I had to start with dumbells

Extremely weak, couldn't bench the bar, now I'm playing with 100KG. :smileyface:
I remember not being able to curl an ez curl bar and it took me months to be able to deadlift semi correctly with 1pl8.
I could squat 1.5pl8, dl 1pl8 and bench about 85lbs.
I have absolutely shit progress tho, 8 months later im squatting 2pl8, dl 2,5pl8 and benching 1pl8

I started with just the bar on everything.
I couldn't complete my first 5x5 for bench with just the fucking bar. I actually failed a set of 20kg flat bench.
2 months later and I'm not on lmao 1pl8. Really motivating not so much to see the improvement, but to feel it.

Didn't even bother trying to lift for a while, just did bodyweight stuff til I was confident a 45 lbs bar wouldn't crush me to death.

I have never really lifted. Just did some sports as a kid. I can bench 75-80kg and get about 25 pullups. First time I tried bench I got like 60kg but I was still a kid then.
30kg squats made my legs shake, and i needed 5 min between sets for rest. I now squat 3x5 140kg, 100kg 5x5, all in the same workout and walk home like my legs were never touched.
I also struggled and had bad form on a 60kg DL, which is now 150kg.

I struggled to do 10 curls on an 8kg dumbbell and couldn't do more than 11 pushups. Still better than some people I guess
Squatted 50kg, benched 40kg, deadlifted 60kg
Little more than 2.5 years later have a meet later in August. Wanna squat 240, bench 150 and deadlift 265
as weak as i am now.

started off benching 10lbs for like 4 reps and 4 months later now benching a plate for 3x8 so nice to see some progress, i only weigh 130 atm
