You're probably natural, and probably above 15% bodyfat.

Natty + Over 15% bodyfat = DYEL mode.

Natties don't have enough muscle mass to look good above 10% bodyfat.

The fact you don't know this proves to me that you've never experience being both >20% bodyfat and <10% bodyfat.


I look BIGGER and MORE MUSCULAR without a shirt on, without a pump, below 10% bodyfat, than I do at 20%+. Infact at 20%+ I just look like a couch potato, but below 10% bodyfat I look like a fucking Greek god statue and people think I've gained 20lbs of muscle when all I've done is cut 20lbs of fat.

You should know this by now after almost 2 years lifting.
