Let's be real, have any former fats actually managed to start looking GOOD? Specially in the case of women. Try as they might they all end up with weird proportions, what's up with that?
Does fat distribution change when you gain too much? Lipo would be the only fix for it then, right?

How fat are we talking? If you get to the point where loose skin begins to sag, then surgery can fix it. But bar that and stretch marks, you'd look exactly the same. Being fat isnt this mystical thing. Your genetic deposition to fat storage isnt altered nor are your proportions. Being fat wont change your genetics.
