I'm going to start a new workout plan today, rate it /fit/

after it's over:

>3x20 situps
>3x6 pull-ups
>3x10 squats
>30 second mountain climbs for three times each
How efficient do you think it is for muscle growth and losing weight? And do you recommend doing each exercise to its fullest or do one set of an exercise and then move on to a different exercise?
in order to progress with bw exercises you need to go from easier to harder variations of the given exercises check out the bw reddit and the recommended routine its pretty good
and for losing weight its just your diet and for growing muscles its still mostly diet + muscle stimulation. so as long as you are hitting your muscles all you need to do is to eat a calorie surplus

If you're able to do a full workout after a HIIT, it's not HIIT, I'd say do the workout 3-4 times a week, and the HIIT on the other days, that's my schedule for a similar routine.

If it's bodyweight and not very extreme there shouldn't be a problem, but I'm not saying you have to workout every day.
For example, when I started I did the workout on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and HIIT/cardio on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Now I decided to try to workout Mon, Tu, Thur, Fr
and cardio on Wed and ocasionally on Sundays, but I usually just rest during the weekend.
