I pose between most sets, along with stretching. 20 seconds stretching followed by holding a pose with the muscle im working for between 15-20 seconds and then jumping straight back into the exercise gives me the best pumps i've ever had. guaranteed people think im a fucking sperg for doing it but i've just stopped caring.
