My former supervisor was a cross fitter. He did insane workouts for hours every day and still looked DYEL.

those are not athletes, they aren't breaking records, they aren't olympians, it's plain retardation made purely for self validation. Like a last resort for a failed athlete. Sometimes i think it stands below bodybuilding.

There's PED use in every level of sport, doesn't mean what they're doing isn't impressive.

Impressed by their fitness and physique. A lot of them obviously do roids though. Still a lot of respect there.
