Currently I can only run 1 mile in 7 mins 30 secs
I've yet to run more than a mile without stopping. I have been platued at a mile for a while now.
Can someone write me a m/w/f running program that will add half a mile to my run endurance in 30 days?
The run is tested on a treadmill and I do my running on a treadmill, so I can use that to my advantage

Sprinting and interval training (like tabatas) increase aerobic capacity more than endurance running so long distance running is, ironically, fucking worthless for training for long distance running. Do 2.4k like once a week so you're psychologically used to it. Endurance training is a fucking meme though.
