I'm in a rough spot right now, I lost my job a month or so ago and I'm currently looking for work.
As a result my sleep schedule is fucked beyond belief, I usually get to sleep at 5 or 6 am and wake around 2pm in the afternoon.
I can't sleep until 5 or 6 due to said cycle, if I try a hard reset and try to sleep only 3 or 4 hours tonight waking up around 9am tomorrow will it fuck up my gains? I'm only a few weeks into lifting so I want to acquire as many noob gains as possible.

This, you can start by staying up 24 hours and sleeping at a decent time. You have to make up 1 nights sleep somehow, so you have to sleep an extra hour every day of that week if you take this approach.

Maybe sleep apnea brah. Try nasal strips (Cheap) raised/special pillow (not so cheap), and then if these fail - get a CPAP machine

And consult doc before spending money, ofc.

Stay awake 24 hours
Go to sleep at desired time
Wake up at the desired time
Monster sips(tm) right away when you wake up
Congrats, your sleep schedule is unfucked.

Your neck is too fat/muscular. Lose weight.

As long as you dont work and dont need to get up its not bad to sleep at 6am, if you get enough hours, and once youll have to switch to a productive sleep schedule, just do a hard reset, it may fuck up 3-6 days of sleep, but thats not too bad if it isnt neccessary on the regular

I always have to sleep half as many hours as i stayed awake, so a 12 hour sleep is fine, and afterwards you will be kinda exhausted and sleep early again

Who dis sperm extractor???
>I'm only a few weeks into lifting
Hard reset will not affect you. A few weeks means your muscles are still adapting themselves into stress mode.
Carry on, bro. That job will arrive.
