is there any reason why i should be doing chin ups as well as pull ups?
i am already doing rows and my biceps are fine

Grip type and hand width are less important that your mind-muscle connection. Want more tension in your back and lats? Put it there. Want more tension in your biceps? Put it there.
Just do the one you enjoy most. The muscles only limiting factor between variations is too wide of a grip, everything else is great for your lats.

Gauge if you're a fatass or not
Also endurance work could help with the forearms since they're slow-twitch muscle fibres

>pullups for biceps

Is like saying you bench for triceps.

just do chinups and do weighed progression when you can do like 3x10 unweighted ones, that alongside rows should be enough for lats and biceps maybe 1 or so isolation exercises

Just do whichever one you prefer, they both technically work the same muscles although chinups will hit your biceps harder. I started to do weighted chinups and my biceps are getting jooci as fuck now
