My doctor said he wouldn't do it because it's still in "normal range."

Sink it lower and retest

How did it change your life?

Supplement vitamin d heavily if you are deficient. It is the nr 1 thing that will boost your test. it is more like a hormone than a vitamin. Super fucking important.

additionally I think you should work on your lfiestyle. reduce your body fat. it reduces your test and boosts estrogen. there are plenty of thing but dont worry I was in your test range once too and after getting fit and adjusting my lifestyle I doubled it.

roid then get it retested, it'll drop a lot once you're done the cycle

More energy. Went from drinking 3-4 cups of coffee a day at work to one.
More motivation to work out. More libido. More discipline and self control to reach my goals. More mental clarity, less brain fog. Most importantly, I don't feel like shit all the time.
It is a lifelong commitment, but after a while it's just a habit. People with diabetes inject several times a day.
You can try talking vitamin D and/or zinc, but those only help if you were deficient in the first place.
I'm in the US so it's tough to find a doctor who can give you proper TRT, so I went to an anti aging clinic.
Hope this helps.

True, if you are at optimal state and not deficient in anyway + your bodyfat is in check, your workout and despite all that your t is lower than 400 you probably are out of luck. btw makre sure to get checked between 9-10am cause that peak test. everything after that will be lower.
