Those of you who use protein powder, which do you use?
Whey or Casein? Which brand?
Im just looking for something cheap but not horrible.

I use the MyProtein Impact Whey Protein. Definitely not the best protein out there, but the 11 lb. bag is definitely the best value.
Just make sure you buy a flavor your can stomach though, because you'll be drinking it for a while. Cookies and cream is alright, very sweet though.

>myprotein whey
the isolate or the cheaper one though?
>>42333531
Impact whey. Isolate offers no real upside for the extra cost desu
Pumpkin pie and strawberry cream are the best flavors
>>42333531
The cheaper one. The isolate might be better if you have the money, but I drink a shit ton of shakes so I just buy the cheapest stuff

ESN Designer Whey. I like it, nice taste and i think the nutritions are fine too

OP pic related.
Cookies and cream version is OK
Choco mlikshake is OK
Vanilla is best
Ordered Chocolate Cake to try
I use the Myprotein Whey Protein. Also, I learned a good mixer. That cheap sugar-free lemon drink mix. Creamy lemonade sounds disgusting... but it isn't. Mixed it's sort of like lemon meringue pie in flavor.

If you arent taking a mass gainer you're an actual faggot

What you should be slurping down after each meal instead of protein from your hairy daddy bfs balls

>One serving is .8 lbs of powder

On gold is fine. They're mostly the same shit. I think on flavors taste better.
Whey. Casein is cool too.

Wow little babby is scared of putting on some weight

Or I would rather get the same gains eating steak, rice and butter while paying less for the same calories.

Cytogainer has been ok in the past, look for low soy levels though
The key is to have a plain base to start with. I buy the cheapest vanilla protein I can find and church it up with PB, fruit, granola, basically anything that's nutritious and adds flavor. If I want chocolate, I'll add a couple tablespoons of Ovaltine.
is myprotein's strawberry cream good?
also with milk or with water?
