Rate my workout /fit/. Trying to hit my upper body as much as I can here.
Workout A
4x12 bench press
4x12 sitting military press
4x12 barbell curls
4x12 squats
Workout B
4x12 bench press
4x12 sitting military press
4x12 barbell curls
4x20 hammer curls
4x12 chest flies.
I do both workouts 3 times per week, alternating between each one from day to day. I rest on mondays.
Is this any good?

I thought squats would be enough, however I was thinking about deadlifts as well, will add it to my second workout.
I just have my 20kg weights (soon to be 32) and 5 kg barbell bar and 2 dumbell bars that weights half a kg. My options are pretty limited and I don't know many exercises to work out my chest.
When I first did squats I couldn't walk properly or go upstairs for a week, it passed and now I don't get even near that soreness, but it still scares me kinda.
I will squat everyday.

Too much pressing, not enough pulling. All you're doing is front-facing muscles: pecs, anterior delts, and biceps.

In that case, you need to limit yourself to only squatting and deadlifting at most twice per week or less.
