About 3 weeks ago, I came to you all for help. I was at 284, 6'4''. I am down to 270. The problem is I can not run on the road for more then 2 miles at a time, and after a day or more by knees and backs start to hurt very badly. I got a gym membership the other day and have have gone 2 times. I have and can hop on a elliptical for an hour at a time. The screen says I am burning 750ish calories for the hour that I'm on it. If i start doing the elliptical every morning before work and go after work to start lifting, will I lose weight faster? I'm not trying to change my diet from the 700-800 intake a day with about 1 or more gallons of water
