Do any of you get pain in the middle of your forearms near the ulna? I notice it especially when curling. I don't think it is an issue of grip strength, as I'm not curling an absurd amount of weight.
usually when doing pull

Has anything helped alleviate the pain? It's not bad now, it just feels like a full ache in a precise spot.

I rub some DMSO on it after every workout. Works fine.

What is dmso? Is it some type of icy hot style cream?
This is tendonitis anon. To recover from it you should cease any movements that irritate it for 2 months. To alleviate the pain, grip the weight as strong as you can and slowly release your grip once your set is done, one finger at a time

It comes in cream. Mine is a roll-on. It's a solvent, but also works as a topical anti-inflammatory.

That's what I read online. Is it something that will get worse over time or essentially stay the same? It isn't debilitating or anything, I've just noticed that it's a little achey after my set is done. Thanks for the info by the way.
