If your in a completely empty room like the once in pic related, whats the best workout you can think of? To my knowledge, you can pretty much work every muscle apart from back and biceps. Can anyone prove me wrong without saying stupid shit like "curl your nutsack"?
Anyway, heres the best workout I can think of:
>pushups (chest, triceps)
>against the wall pushups (shoulders)
>jumping split squat (can be regular squads but i like this version) (quads, glutes, hamstrings, calves, core)
Can any anons think of a better workout?
And yes, this is inspired by a similar thread on here a couple days ago asking how to workout biceps in an empty room.

I don't know why but I feel like I'm having a deja-vu, 9 of the threads on the first page are the same ones with the same OP images/topics as 5 days ago.

You must spend a lot of time on this website.

Push up progression but you will constantly do clapping pushups, diamond push ups, one handed push ups and hand stand pushups. that'll be all for your chest and shoulders, even arms.
Isometrics, mainly planks, side planks and superman(s).
Burpees.
Pistol squats.
Your forearms will suffer though.

Fit/lit mainly. I check every thread, it's addictive and makes me lose social gains but I'm at a lowpoint so I can't make myself care enough. I also started drugs and going into a self-loathing storm. Don't know what to make of it anymore.
