Oh shit. I forgot the jesus tip: if your upper chest isnt developing even from mid inclines then you have rolled shlulders and you are lifting with your shoulders and injuring them. If your shoulders move "up" or "forward" on pressing movements then your posture is bad.

Search youtube for "athleanx posture" and follow the instructions. It will take a few weeks to fix but you will be forever thankful afterward if you stick to the exercises and posture fixes.
