Need leg help
I'm 6'0 tall 235 lbs. very broad shoulders and my upper body is strong. My legs don't look like chicken legs, but they are weak as fuck. My upper body is very strong, but I seriously neglected legs in my younger years. Now I'm 32 and getting back into working out and want to do it right.
Can someone share the best way for someone like me increase leg size and strength. I need a beginner routine that works. Thank you

All jokes and memes aside, Starting Strength will give you some burly legs. If you feel like your lower body is lacking, it might be good to do SS until it catches up.
