I read 4 books this week, I think I earned some procrastination time desu.

I found having a set list of reminders that pop up on my lockscreen every morning have really helped. I have one for do and one for don't, and it's kept me accountable. Every morning at 7 am I'm forced to see a list of things I need to do and things I shouldn't. They're broad, some of them are things like stretch, read a little, don't buy energy drinks etc. But they've helped alot.
