>fit shoulders, triceps and chest in the same day
>do the shoulders and triceps exercises before chest
>focus more on the chest muscles as a result since almost all chest exercises require shoulder/triceps assistance and they will be wear down by that point
Does this works, /fit/? I ask it because I don't really feel bench press hitting my chest as much as it should be. Not seeing much gains on my chest either.

fix ur form
try wide grip
try half reps, as in go all the way down, then only half way up and back down all the way rinse repeat
try pausing at bottom and lifting from dead stop
try focusing on time under tension and mind muscle control
bench is not about banging out as many reps as you can as fast as you can. that's curlbro tier shit
Have you tried benching dumbells with neutral grip?

Half reps are better for the chest? But the only time I feel like I'm using the chest a bit is when I hold it at the top.

No. Will try.

I dunno about you, but at the bottom where my chest is fully pushed out do I feel it the most. so half reps kill my chest like crazy, so do pauses at the bottom and lifting from dead stop.
wide grip will probably do you good, try that.
