Rate my bodyweight/calisthenics routine
30 min jump rope (HIIT, 5 mins hard, 2 minutes rest)
50 burpees
3 mins plank to push up (as many as possible or failure)
5 mins plank with weighted vest (2 min hard, 30 sec rest)
6 mins Body squats (till failure)
5x5 Deadlifts
6 mins pullups (till failure)
Anything else?

hey for HIIT i really recommend that you take up boxing and boxing conditioning - really good workout and its nice to learn to throw a punch
personally, doing 6min body squats seems quite stupid, and im wondering how you are going to do 5x5 deadlifts with bodyweight
I'd suggest making some sort of circle training, ex:
2min sack work
1min pushups
1min plank
1min chinups
1min rest
