Hey /fit/, i'm tired of being fat and muscular at the same time, i kinda look like the guy in pic related. How would i go about losing weight the fastest? Just counting calories, or doing it side by side while i lift? I'm at a loss /fit/, enough is enough, i wanna achieve the dream.
