Start grappling bro, with long femurs you can get sick triangles real easy. Just make sure you do submission wrestling/catch wrestling. Need to know them throws and leglocks. Im about 170 pound and can after three years trining 4/times a week kill just about anyone i come across, a vain bodybuilder or powerlifter with sore joints would get wrecked in under 2 min lol. Messing with me would be their last mistake, would demolish all their joints making sure they never lift again.
My joints are fucking horrible. No matter how how much care I have, if I keep training anything for more than one day r two months I'm forced to stop due to inflammation and pain.
It's been more than one month since I had to stop lifting because my arm won't stop hurting if I lift or sleep on it. Also, I can't run/jump ropes because my knees star popping and hurting. I can't even play FPS games for a long period of my wrists get burning.
