I'm currently doing PPL but my legs are already fucking huge (and powerful, 4pl8 squat) so I really don't feel the need to work them twice a week.
How do I fit an extra Push or Pull day in place of legs? Pull-Push-Legs-Pull-Push-Pull-Rest? Or Push-Pull-Legs-Push-Pull-Push-Rest?

My chest is lagging so I'll just do Push-Pull-Legs-Push-Pull-Push-Rest

Same problem. Lower weight, higher reps.
I won't do over 315 lbs now. I played collegiate football and they did that to me. My max squat when they put me in another weight program was ~600 lbs. lost too much speed when I was on their program for bulking freshman to play. Need speed to play fullback at collegiate level so they took my squat down to retain strength but not to gain
