guess what
I had mine done in Europen where it didnt cost me anything
Not OP, but I've had it done before.
Basically when I was in high school I thought I had a tumor or some kind of cancer. Near one of my nipples it felt like a hard lump, I was really scared. My other nipple was normal.
I went in and had it looked at, and they said they would operate. In the state I live in, I was young enough to get it done for free. It was quite painful initially, and I couldn't lift my right arm above my head for a few weeks for fear or ripping the stitches.
Fast forward about 10~ years and it's still a little more sensitive around the nipple. There's still a little scar tissue that's likely to remain, but the plastic surgeon who removed the lump did a good job, because the scar blends in with the surrounding tissue.
Also it wasn't cancerous or anything, it was just a cyst.

How many organs you got stolen in the process?

Also I should go on to say that if your surgery and recovery goes on like mine did OP, you're going to have a good 6~ months or so when your "nipple(s)" doesn't act right.
By that I mean it's going to be cold as fuck, and one nipple is hard while the other one is kinda flatish. That too goes away with time.
