please help me get back on track

>started visiting fit and loved it
>started going to the gym
>felt like part of a community
>started measuring my foods
>results came and i was motivated like never before
>fastforward 3-4 months i lost 32 pounds (halfway)
>had to move country and couldn't keep my same regimen up

Well the good news is that it's a lot easier to get back to where you were if you already made it there once! That's right. Regaining is easier than initially gaining, so keep your chin up!
I'm not sure why you left the country or what position you're in now, but if you can just go back to managing your diet and working out regularly you'll be fine.

Just repeat what you did before.
Something similar happened to me, I stopped lifting and regained 20kg of fat in like 4 months.
I started lifting and cutting again and after some months I've already lost 16kg.
