planks, leg raises and an ab wheel.

Also, breathing properly during your compounds and all exercises in general.

When you feel that you don't really feel anything doing these exercises your doing them wrong.

You need to tuck your ass in, with planks it's espically obvious.
Not tucking your ass doing the ab wheel will snap your shit up
