Front squat, my back squat is 120.
I think it's time for you to move to the intermediate routine.
I also started with grayskull, now I'm one month in PHUL and gains are back, also it's way more fun.
Eat more, lift more.
Greyskull is a shitty LP program and you need to start doing back squats. Your back squat works in tandem with your deadlift.

similar here but my progress got stuck thanks to my grip strenght. I feel like I can do more on diddly lifts, but my hands just cant keep up.
The hand grip thing doesnt even train me well at 50kg.
So I decided to try to include bone soup in my diet, glucosamine but also just "bone protein powder"
Mayb the recovery rate will increase and with it, my bottleneck will be gone.
