how can this possibly get you strong? you're only getting stronger to lift weights. whenever there's something else to do IRL with strong muscles, you either have damaged and weak muscle tissue, or lifting weights at the gym.

I take protein powder designed to digest quickly and get to where it needs to be quickly. I workout in the evening. I take the powder, then wait a bit, and eat dinner. By morning, I feel pretty refreshed. After breakfast, I feel 100% recovered. I workout everyday and my numbers are steadily going up every week. On top of this all, I work in construction. I lift 75lbs bags of cement all day, I carry bundles of rebar all day, I am constantly carrying heavy shit around or lifting heavy shit to others above my head.
Taking a whole day off to rest is a meme.
