I'm experiencing pain in my left wrist when I squat. My wrist is aligned with my forearm and the majority weight is resting on my traps same as always.
I came back to gym after being sick with flu for a week, reduced my squat by 10% to account for my week away, but I couldn't get one rep out without a tremendous pain in my wrist. Do I need to reduce it further? Any form issues I need to be aware of?

Go to the doctor, your arm might be infected

Your arms/wrists shouldn't be experiencing any significant load when squatting, They should just be stabilizing the bar so it doesn't roll off.
Either:
1. You're putting a shitty heavy load on your arms with bad form OR
2. You've so seriously injured your wrist other ordinary daily things must also be irritating it

Try moving your grip out/ using a thumbless grip
Make sure that you're not supporting the bar, but you're resting it on your back.
